Pros

Flexible schedule, co workers, direct management.

Cons

Reduction in gas mileage reimbursement to .$.22 cents per mile. Barely pays for gas let alone wear and tear on vehicle. Upper management seems to only care about their bottom line not compensating the reps in the field with fair hourly rates. Almost impossible to complete all tasks required in the allotted time frame.

Pros

The Retail Supervisors are the level of management that has competence, and they do what's best for the Clients and the company.

Cons

There are so many here, I have no clue where to begin. The Divisional Manager blames everything on the RS. EVERYTHING!. The ROM"s are 'Yes puppets". All are clueless of what is going on or how to support the RS's. Policies have been micromanaged. Mileage decreased to .22/mile. Reps making $10/hr. Expectations are beyond ridiculous. There is a 90% turnover rate. Reps tell their RS they are quitting because of poor policies, low pay, and low reimbursement. Yet, Divisional Manager blames all RS's for not being engaged with the Reps, and poor training. No promotions on this team, unless you leave. RS's forced to manage two different teams on different cycles, and call on stores themselves. There is no chance of of being successful unless you find slave wage individuals that stay. By far, this was the worst work experience of my career.

Pros

Decent pay, flexible to work with (hours wise), decent benefits, Vacation about on par with most companies (2 weeks and 3 after 5 years). 1 week of sick pay. 401K match up to 6%.

Cons

Worked in a small department, only one employee was able to take off at one given time. Small wage increases (2-3% max per year) a couple of years there was none. Some departments treated better than others (wages, benefits (like car allowances).
