      OSHA safety violations that literally go against the training videos Coworkers drinking alcohol during lunch which led to decreased productivity and the whole team having to stay late (teammates all meet at the same time.) Condescending and bullying bosses Unclear training times. Employees were supposed to keep track and manually submit their training hours. For an honest person, there was no guidance on how much training time was acceptable to bill for. There was no guidance given on what was an acceptable amount of time to train oneself for the job.

      Pros

      You can set your own hours and work independently. The folks that I did interact with from the company all seemed to be nice people.

      Cons

      It's very hard to find someone to train you. I learned one part of the job but the other half of the job there was no training and I was left to figure it out on my own, which was frustrating. Also the pay is rather low.
