Pros

Make your own hours within the week.

Cons

Hours are never what you want either too low or too high. They constantly lie about everything. And their is little to no training, you just get thrown out their. The hourly rate is garbage. And they expect you too use your own car to drive around but they don't pay for wear and tear of vehicle. This is corporate America! Few companies care about their employees anymore! Slaves is what upper management see not human beings with bills to pay! Crossmark is easily the worse merchandiser company. It even takes over other companies and changes their work culture into dirt.

Pros

Looking back not very much. I worked for the company for almost nine years and had to ber for every raise.

Cons

Had a nice, good and then one of the worst managers ever Carl Sieg. he was unorganized, would call at the last minute to have a work with, terrible on answering e-mails and might answer his cell phone.Am thankful I was fired for the last time, I found a great job making good money with hours I like and managment communicates and respects it's workers.

Pros

I can't think of any except they hired me at a time when I needed work. But luckily I was smart enough to look for more work in the meantime otherwise I would have starved to death with their wage and amt of work offered.

Cons

Scatterbrained supervisors, no raises, new hires get hired on at hire wage, not enough work, lying supervisors, favoritism...is that enough? They a whole bunch of people to make sure they have enough people to do the larger resets when they come around, but you get lost in the shuffle eventually and you get no work, regardless of how good of a worker you are. The only thing that matter to Crossmark is that you show up for work. Quality is of no importance. They will hire anyone with a pulse and screw those with seniority and experience and good work ethic.
