      Pros

      Work from home/hybrid. Some of the people you work with are amazing

      Cons

      Year after the year the company is declining. When I first started, it was a great place to work. As the years went by, leadership has consistently been declining, appreciation is basically nonexistent. No longer received bonuses, raises are very small ($.05-$0.75 a year). Revolving door of CEOs. The work place is becoming very toxic in multiple departments.

      Hybrid work model. Unlimited PTO for salaried employees.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. Low pay. Favoritism. No bonuses, no promotions, very low raises.
