Poor leadership. The heads of my department were outright cruel and were completely paranoid those under them were coming for their job. Minimal understanding of what each role requires for success and what the inherent challenges are in each role. Ultimately people were set up for failure through no fault of their own. Little-no communication between roles that had downstream process responsibility. Those that you work with day to day were great people, but leadership in my department created a very toxic and competitive atmosphere. Favoritism was rampant and there was a huge lack of diversity at every echelon.

Low Pay, Sucky Technology, Power/ Internet Outages often, Time is Wasted, No Communication, Management sometimes does not communicate with leads, Have meetings that are pointless, No growth, You get paper awards instead of raises, if you do get a raise it’s .2% and you have to fill out a evaluation to receive a raise, basically if you sign up for benefits that’s your whole check! This job has made me go broke.
