      Pros

      I struggle to find one. I was going to say the in house cafe, but since the jacked the prices up so high, I cant even say that.

      Cons

      Where does one begin? To much political games, people get promoted based on relationships, not skills. The company seems to fly by the seat of its pants with policies, constantly changing based on some leaders feedback (I mean weekly change). Everyone is treated like a number, in fact on many occasions I have heard "everyone is replaceable". Senior leadership is a joke and the town hall meetings are so demeaning....

      It was only part time.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Coworkers dull dry and boring. Manager thinks being sarcastic makes her look cool or something. Manager was out of touch on a lot of things business and social.

      Ability to work your own hours.

      Cons

      NEVER see a raise, lots of empty promises, technology being used in the field is outdated and slow (hinders job performance), new marketing trends of company steals money from field work paychecks.
