Pros

Great schedule flexibility everyday doing something new always keeps you on your toes.

Cons

I would say the pay is a bit on the lower side but perfect for a college job.

Pros

Some things I like about CROSSMARK are accommodating personal schedules with the job. If you have a lot of personal appointments, they will allow you to come in afterwards or during shifts as long as the work is done.

Cons

The cons are it being a contracted vendor at a location such as Walmart and not knowing when your shipment to stock products are in. This is a frequent problem for supervisors and managers to work with employees, especially if they have more than one job and need hours elsewhere. The pay rate is minimum wage and is recommended for teens or college students needing work.
