Pros

used to have the flexibility of working from home some days, not anymore. not having to clock in or out.

Cons

although on salary 32k for 40 hrs the company demands working 50 +hrs. Company constantly changes, you will be forced to work from home on your work computer, babysit adults, calls on days offs, forced to attend to work on days off, pick up the slack of the clueless lazy coworkers for the benefit of the company. Good employees are not rewarded and when the company gives bonuses is not depending of your hard work but for the sales the store you're in makes..so if you work hard but you are in a place doesn't sell you don't get a thing! No raises, no bonuses, plenty non paid over time. The only positions to go up is supervisor 32k and then district manager 45K

Pros

It was relaxed. Fun and you could learn how to cook.

Cons

It was good working there. Very few issues till they started promoting freshly squeezed orange. The amount of work that goes into making it is unbelievable. You must carry very heavy crates of oranges to wash. You must push and pull a huge heavy orange juice machine. Washing the machine and you have to wait for a manager to open the back door to empty loads of trash. Everything seemed disorganized and I thought it would get better I did enjoy working there before but nothing changed. I worked the orange juice shift and realized it was not worth it. I hurt my arm from washing and lifting oranges and decided it was time for me to leave. I will not risk a serious injury and fracturing a bone for $11. Now I understand why employees were quitting left and right. Most of the people I worked with were older or very young women so making them do such hard labor is despicable. They brutally cut hours during the winter even on Christmas. It was not worth staying since I could get something else were I don't have to stay and extra unpaid 20 min or an hour if doing orange juice to clean up...
