      Good People, Poor Management, No Advancement Opportunities

      Pros

      People are great. The only thing keeping me at Crossmark. Located in Plano which is ideal. Building atmosphere good cafe. Company values are solid (if they back it up)

      Cons

      Management is not good. Good old boys club. Career Advancement does not exist. No Training is available. All employees are treated with part-time mentality.

      Was treated with respect and it was a very fun environment. There were a lot of customers to interact with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      There wasn't really much bad about this job except I wish there would have been more hours. I hardly ever worked.

      1. "good ole boys" environment 2. need to know someone, not your job to move up 3. Clear line of separation from the haves and the have nots 4. No professional development 5. Friends hiring Friends 6. Corruption 7. Lack of minorities 8. Mandatory overtime without pay for salaried employees 9. Promote hard workers, not your buddies or friends or Management Trainees that don't know the business
