      Pros

      very flexible great if you like to work alone good benefits for full time

      Cons

      pay is low mileage reimbursement -computer configures how it is caculated so if you stratagize start close to home and end close to home you will only get start close to home and the computer will figure the last stop the furthest from home drive time-same as above you get shorted by the computer configuring what is cheapest for the company

      The benefits and bonuses are amazing when you work as a specialist, your responsible for your own team and your actually feeling like a manager

      There used to be unbelievably harsh financial goals to get to everyday. If the managers of the store doesn't like you you lose your position no matter how hard you work

      Pay weekly and ok hours for college student. Job wasnt hard

      Cons

      Laid off during a conference call, funny thing during conference call they mute everybody before she told us were all laid off. Then was told to call human resource, to get placed at another job. Did that and human resource acted clueless and really didnt care. The employee service line really sucks everytime i called in past never really got help or was transfered to a voicemail that never returned a call. Couldnt even apply at internal job posting on crossmark connect because it kept showing error when clicking on it.
