      Pros

      Pretty Good pay, fun working with the customers and other workers of the company. Fun and easy jobs. Nothing else really. All in all a good company.

      Cons

      Standing all day, long hours, very busy at time of the day. Having to work weekend is a big negative of the job, but you get used to it.

      Pros

      Internet based, Good pay for part-time Event Specialist, checks are cut every Friday, everyday you have something different to do, must be self motivated, no micro managers

      Cons

      Lack of training, not consistent with the hours, the stores can be very cold, if you want more consistent hours you must become a team lead which they don't tell you that during the interview process. They hire anybody and throw them in hope they stay for awhile if not, they don't care they will hire somebody else. People leave mostly due to the lack of training and supervisor. Most team leaders have no idea how to lead and most supervisors don't listen anyway.
