      Company had some good perks, so I thought

      Once again recruiters lie to you about the position to get you to join the company. I was told I would receive a minium of 24hrs a week. When I was called by my Supervisor to set up training, the story was very different from what I was told by the recruiter. My Supervisor told me I would get 9-10hrs a week.

      There are no pros with this company. Do not work here you will regret it. Management really sucks

      Cons

      Horrible company that uses scare tactics to motivate you, hostile work environment, lots of favoritism, poor management, bad training, If you do not gossip or kiss managements butt you will be given a bad territory and your productions will suffer because of it.

      No opportunity for growth or becoming full time

      Pros

      Pay is good for a part time job.

      Cons

      No guaranteed hours. They hire people over the phone so when I get them to train, I get stuck with people who have poor hygiene, bad attitudes & laziness. I'm not given more pay or extra time to train. I'm supposed to do my demo & theirs at the same time, while being expected to meet my sales goal.
