      Pros

      Flexible schedule and fairly good reporting system. Pays for printing and some travel.

      Cons

      Hours cut constantly Big projects rolled out in a very haphazard way so you have to go back and do the job twice. Bad communication with their clients. Loss of big clients so your work load is always decreasing. Company hires for peak production ( happens twice a year) and then tries to divide the work for the rest of the year between too many employees. Supervisor is not available and not helpful.
