Pros

Great if you seek non consistent hours and just need something to do for a few extra bucks; fun to be with the public to promote and sell!

Cons

Constant internet glitches without pay, poor field support, no communication between client's events and thus lack of end product available to demonstrate/sell. No incentives nor raises. Promises for more demos that never happen and then hiring more for less work for each employee. Poor management from the top.
