Pros

Make your own schedule, decent work life balance. You get paid weekly.

Cons

You will never get a raise or bonus. Almost no chance to get ahead. You have to adjust your drive time at the end of every work day because even though the app uses GPS, it will always cheat you on starting and ending location to pay less. Very little communication on anything. You have to keep track of your own PTO and if you think you lost track, HR will NOT help you. And if you put it on your timesheet, they won't contact you for correction, you just won't get paid. Reimbursement for printed sheets if you run out is . 08,even though it costs more. Insurance is a costly joke. I could really go on.

Pros

There are absolutely zero pros working for this company.

Cons

Insane workload - for 1/3 less pay than competitors. Constantly checking up on the incredible workload while setting way too many meetings about nothing to flex her ego. I didn’t have a real day off for over 7 months - constant calling me at home for EVERY TINY LITTLE THING AT ALL HOURS! Extremely LOUD warehouse environment, no hearing protection offered, office had non working HVAC, manager has cruel expectations of workers on the floor - no sitting on stools allowed - in fact they refused to hire workers with disabilities & when they took over the account they fired any workers who needed accommodations. I was on a short term medical leave & the let me go the day of my surgery. Then they refused to contact unemployment officials for 2 years after stating I was being let go for the “good of the business”, not for any wrong doing. Horrible organization. Do not work for them under any circumstances - waiting tables, scrubbing toilets - anything is better than working for this company.

Pros

Flexible schedule, weekly pay, light (and usuallly easy) work

Cons

Your district manager hardly EVER communicates; you're thrown to the wolves when it comes to dealing with store management, who might tolerate you at best, and get angry at you for things out of your control. Not many hours for work.
