Pros

Freedom to set own schedule.

Cons

Erratic hours based on the whims of the client. Could go from 30 to 12 hours a week with little to no warning. Trying to motivate and work with apathetic individuals in the stores to complete goals.

Pros

Get Paid Weekly Work is Easy Inside Environment Room for Growth

Cons

Pay your employees for overtime. Don't make the work harder than what it has to be. Put qualified people in management positions.

Pros

The best part about the company honestly is the fact you make your own schedule. You have a list of tasks and you choose when you want to do them. The reporting online is easy and you never really meet your boss face to face. Also if you like to travel and like free hotels and free food on the road it's amazing. Very good indeed.

Cons

Very little if any room to move up in the company. Hours are very inconsistant. I generally get only about 10 hours a week but if you need the extra $100 go for it. Not a full time kind of deal though. No Raises or yearly evaluations.
