Business Outlook
Pros
Laid back management. Flexibility in scheduling. Was able to negotiate a higher than offered salary, but still low. Training isn't what it should be. Leads to confusing fist weeks on your own.
Cons
Fairly low pay. Low rate of reimbursement on mileage and none for tolls, etc. Benefits don't kick in until 90 days, even earning PTO doesn't start until after 90 days.
