Pros

Meeting lots of new people and being able to show them a new product or an easier way to prepare a meal in less time

Cons

Standing on your feet for 5-6 hours at a time, not getting a break. Getting only 15-20 minutes to eat, restroom break, and be back at station. Pushing heavy, cumbersome equipment to set up demos

Pros

Low stress, decent compensation for the area, got good education in the food industry, nice to meet the public and offer products, somewhat flexible if a day off or trade was needed. Great supervisor. Good paid training, all online. Paid reliably.

Cons

Weekend job; had to work every weekend. Job was seasonal, so sometimes very little work, though usually there were 3 to 4 shifts a week. Poor car allowance if a job was over an hour away. Paid .40 per mile after first 50 miles.
