Pros

Able to set up your schedule and work what days you want, as long as you get your work done in the calling period.

Cons

Only Part-time, which easily could be made into Full-Time

Pros

Friendly people, cafe on site, decent benefits, good work-life balance, flexible hours depending on the role

Cons

Since CROSSMARK is a middle man for manufacturers/retailers, the pay is somewhat below average than if you were to work directly for the manufacturer, etc. There's very little upward movement in the company, mostly lateral moves. Movement in the company is very political - it's very much about who you know and who you can get to champion you.
