Pros

Crossmark starts you off at a decent wage, and there are opportunities to make good money traveling, especially when grand openings are involved. Paid travel time is a plus.

Cons

The hours at certain times of year can be very low, but if you are active you can find hours to work when needed.

I love selling and winning. I get to sell all day, be with people and make my quota in sales. Feels good.
