Pros

The pays weekly, the clients are nice

Cons

They cheat you out of milage. If a stores total 35 miles in travel between stores their program says it is only 15 miles and you eat the rest of the miles No management for over a year in our area The longer you work for them the less jobs you are assigned NO PAY INCREASES EVER

Pros

You have the ability to schedule your work assignments. Also, work assignments and scheduling system is straight forward.

Cons

You often have to work with uncooperative people to get your job done. I was apart of the Walmart team and it was a terrible work environment. The managers could care less about your clients needs. Often I had to reschedule work assignment because the managers were unavailable. Also, the exceptions and responsibilities are unreasonable considering the pay. Everyone just lies or do the less amount of work to avoid managers calling Crossmark.

Pros

This company is very family friendly. They work hard to encourage the success of all of their employees. A proactive approach to your career is always well received and supported. New ideas are generally very welcome and often implemented. As an international company, they have a wide variety of job openings. Growth in several positions is ever increasing.

Cons

They are not very organized when rolling out new programs. Corporate communication skills need work - many things get lost in translation. Be prepared to be very flexible - job parameters and responsibilities are subject to frequent, and sudden, change. Hourly and part time jobs are often expected to give full-time commitment, but without the salary compensation.
