Pros

Flexible hours, interesting work, building store contacts rapport, weekly pay deposits including vacation pay.

Cons

On occasion, tasks are assigned with very short lead times or last minute requests so sometimes difficult to plan personal appointments if you don't want to lose income.

Pros

Nice people, Most are helpful if you ask questions. Generally, working hours are regular and work/life balance is good.

Cons

CROSSMARK is a very conservative, traditional brokerage company. All four owners are men and very few women hold high leadership positions. Client Relationships are also typically very uneven with little reciprocity or collaboration. Generally, CROSSMARK ropes the moon for its client without having suggestions heeded. Employees are generally not paid well, especially retail reps who earn less $/mile than the national average.
