      My experience at crossmark

      Pros

      It was a good experience. Had a great opportunity to meet with customers and build customer skills. The job was easy, supervisor and manager were friendly and helpful as well.

      Cons

      The shifts were very unpredictable.

      Great Company, Poor Supervisors.

      Pros

      Good company to work for, outside of are supervisors. Good pay, and schedules, HR office very competent and understanding. Worked for Crossmark 2 year's and loved it, appart from supervisors.

      Cons

      Very negative supervisors 2 in my are, when in need of speaking to them you leave a message they don't call you back, you need to recall, recally. Lot of prefernces, my supervisor kept talking to me about other staff all the time. I QUIT

      Event manuals are incorrect most of the time No product in store Hard to get in touch with supervisor Supervisor can be condescending and very rude Supervisor plays favourites with personnel
