Pros

Crossmark offers good pay and benefits (medical and 401k) for part time work. The job, itself, is easy unless you are clueless on how to cook. They are flexible in scheduling and the hours aren't hard.

Cons

Its only part time. Set up and break down times, for some events, are a joke! Whoever writes the sales plans needs to 1) Step into a kitchen. 2) Actually look at or know what the product is. 3) Put some USEFUL information in it. Happiness of your team depends hugely on the supervisor. I've had 2 evil and 1 good.

Pros

decent pay for part time job. You may find out you mke as much as someone that is doing same job as you and thry have worked here 1 plus years more than you. Creates animosity between workers.

Cons

Work every weekend. A computer assigns your weekly schedule.
