Low salary, poor communication, directions change at the last minute, their sytem foor logging tiime and reporting work is horrible, Their security system requires you to download patches that harm your computer, Personal IT person said never to download anything from this company ever again after I went through two hard drive crashes.

CROSSMARK is a very conservative, traditional brokerage company. All four owners are men and very few women hold high leadership positions. Client Relationships are also typically very uneven with little reciprocity or collaboration. Generally, CROSSMARK ropes the moon for its client without having suggestions heeded. Employees are generally not paid well, especially retail reps who earn less $/mile than the national average.
