Pros

Flex Schedule, Decent pay, offer part time benefits and a decent mileage reimbursement. Pretty decent communication between the field reps and most management.

Cons

It seems as if Crossmark Mgmt do not really know what their clients are planning on so things seem great and then everybody starts hearing different instructions. We werent given the materials needed to do our jobs properly either.

Work your own hours, make your own schedule, a lot of autonomy in day to day operations. Competitive salaries for the work.

Cons

Hard for advancement, difficult to have a steady schedule, and difficult to work many hours, was never able to work overtime
