      Working alone majority of the time Scheduling

      Lack of real training Horrible pay You don’t get paid for planning your schedule , checking the 5-10 emails a day, reporting and any other task that can get away with you doing for free

      Generally a great place to start your career, culture was fun but promotions not all based on merit

      Pros

      Career opportunities for most departments and roles was clear and consistent with a pathway of coordinator, executive to manager level roles. Generally fun culture that celebrated wins and had an open door policy with majority of the executives. Worklife balance

      Cons

      Re promotions: the timing for, criteria and salary bandings for promotions were not always consistent - those who were accelerated tended to be based on perception of "culture fit" of a marketing agency vs. merit and performance. Salary was also well beneath market and historical leadership relationships were questionable which made it difficult to facilitate a truly psychologically safe culture in the absence of leaders role modelling the behaviours you'd expect. Bonuses at the time were only available to a small group of Senior Leaders and other employee benefits were minimal.

      You get paid weekly and you enter your time as well as pick your work hours

      Cons

      Don’t miss a call if you missed a call from any supervisor or district manager good luck on them getting back to you text any form of communication they suck at it I’ve been waiting to start my instore training for about two weeks I feel sorry for those who rely on this company to support their family
