Pros

Entrepreneurial Great if you are a college student Lots of great opportunities to work with many different manufacturers Has national presence; you can transfer to another region if you work in the field amd likely to retain your job Always creating new teams

Cons

No clear career path Training is very limited; expect to learn from your peers Turn over is high especially at the lower level Very rare to move up to the very top; you either come in at a higher level, or you move up once and don't expect to move up again.

Pros

Very comfortable work environment. Supervisors are trained every half year and they cover all expenses. Opportunities to transfer to other divisions is always a possibility.

Cons

Changes from corporate happen frequently. Don't really stick to a set plan for too long. Lower level employees are not seeing raises that other companies offer.
