NADTA is a good CDL School. Excellent training, good way to get your CDL.

Cons

Pay is low, dorm life is difficult, you never know what type of person you're rooming with. But staff or employees are good. OTR training is a gamble, same thing. You don't know who you're going to get, nor what quality of training if any you're going to get.
