      - good bosses - helpful co-employees - robust leadership development program - interesting and important work - decision making authority within areas of responsibility - a growing, profitable, stable company

      Cons

      Because it is a 24/7/365 operation, evening and weekend work for management personnel is common.

      there is room for movement within the company you are always busy, hardly any idle time

      Cons

      hardly any recognition pay is on the smaller scale(raises are meer cents)
