Incredible income as a team, so many great opportunities in different divisions. Home weekly if you choose. Receive safety performance bonuses as promised. Fantastic benefits. If your getting low miles you might want to rethink your driving habits. I see a lot of people saying they play favorites. THEY DO! Just like raising a child. The ones that play by the RULES do there assigned choirs. Meets curfew deadlines etc. Will always get rewarded and recognized by there parents more. Such is life in the world place! Follow the rules, do your job 100% correctly. Help out extra when ask. Go the extra mile for your trucking companies customers whether the customer is wrong or right DON'T ARGUE with them do your delivery/pickup notify management and let them handle it. To be a success at CRST/PEGASUS just do your job and do what my father taught me. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. You will do great!

CRST is a good way to start a career in trucking, get schooling for free (with 10 month commitment) and experience.

Cons

Very little home time, never home on time when I do get home time.
