      Pros

      Work with you on a one to one basis. they put yours & the motoring public's safety first. excellent training & caring people. get u home time when needed. Help the driver eliminate all problems. Family atmosphere

      away from home for extended periods of time; certainly like all trucking companies, but certainly necessary for business

      Made decent money and had to bite and scratch to get it

      Cons

      The left hand never know what the right is doing... they play pass the buck a lot. Equipment is plain and basic.the orientation is a joke..its horrible all the way around. Safety score sucks. I have nothing good to say about this company!!

      Received all CDL training, testing, licensing and employment under one roof Professional management and good coworkers Good equipment and support

      Cons

      Pay is at an industry low OTR Team Driving isn't for everyone, but its you're only option starting here Miles and pay can vary, and driver suffers when the miles are low. They offer layover pay but it's not enough
