Newly appointed CEO changing direction with an emphasis on Customers and Employees (i.e. Drivers). Front line employees and middle management are well educated and hard working.

Cons

Established business model that needs to change to be viable long term. Antiquated approach to management / leadership--slow to evolve toward the vision of the CEO and HR leaders.
