      Opportunity to get over the road experience and your license. But needs improvements in some areas.

      Cons

      Needs to treat drivers with respect and not numbers .

      Cons

      Only get paid zip code to zip code all other work you do for free, tractors and trailers are badly maintained, no gps equipment on trucks they expect you to read a map, its 2019, Get with the times, breakdowns are a nightmare you'll be sitting for a while, Being away from home, since its team you barely get any sleep because the truck is always moving hoping your partner doesn't crash while you trying to sleep, pray you dont get a dot inspection because your screwed lol. Its a rough lifestyle, it takes a special someone to do this type of work, not worth it to me. Your routine is basically sleep, drive, wait, sleep, drive, wait, and repeat thats your life as an OTR Driver.
