Pros
I like working at CRST because of the people here. It's a diverse and fun culture that is ever-changing and keep you on your toes. I also like not only the employee interaction and work environment, but also the capability to help change peoples lives that are looking for a new career in trucking.
Cons
It's a lot of the same work like calling prospects, but the conversation is completely different every single time. So it's always something new.
