Pros

I love the atmosphere that the company has to work in. The people are great to work with. They are always making sure the employees know they are valued and they show there gratitude and appreciation for us employees.

Cons

My biggest issue with working here is the lack of reprimand in the management. What I mean by that is the one workers that are lazy or always making mistakes are not really held accountable and nothing is done about it.

weekends off, holidays off, time off policy, copmany appreication day, company pinic.

Cons

No holiday pay, no bonous program offered, no commradery it would feel between different departments.
