Very generous benefits ranging from 80 hours of PTO on day one, increasing throughout anniversary dates depending on length of employment. Other benefits such as Life insurance, disability insurance, legal, and volunteer/birthday PTO given with ability to work from home when weather is bad.

Cons

Constant transitions throughout the company as the company grows, however it is deemed necessary and completely fair.
