      Thank you for this feedback, We are implementing a massive technology update starting Jan 1st. This will impact all of CRST and will be the largest investment technology to date, we are certain that this will create multiple efficiency improvements, and we are excited for feedback. Regarding advancement opportunities, this is surprising to me in 2017 our internal vs external promotion rate is 70% vs 30%.       Good diversity of jobs in the trucking industry.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible and upper management is a good boys club. They do not look at the talent in house to promote.
