Do what loads you want, 75% line haul, 100% fuel sercharge, splitting truck payments (325 wk in hot load mounts, 140 in low load mounts) cheep truck payments.

Cons

if you are not carefull you can get upside down on a paycheck.( like i am now.lol) i took to cheep of load last week that took to long to deliver.

Truly had a great time each day working with the team I was on, genuinely good people.

Cons

Some of the managers had no business being promoted to the roles they were given. A lot of depending on those who work under you to have all the answers why the praise for a working solution were given to the management team.

Decent training but challenging team dynamics

Pros

The training was decent. They have dorms to stay in while training. You can work doing shuttle driving while waiting for actual truck driving training to start.

Cons

Hard to find a team mate. Not a very good selection of trainers. You have to team drive your first few months almost all accounts are for teams.
