Working with the individuals is great. They are awesome working towards independency.

Some of the hours could be whacky, but if you work it out to fit other things in your schedule.

Pros

The individuals supported are absolutely extraordinary. Just like most other group home settings, it is fairly routine, so aside from emergency crisis situations, you know what to look forward to.

Cons

CR is all about image. What looks good and keeps money rolling in. Basically have to be a con artist to survive here.
