Pros

The work environment is very engaging and encouraging. Supervisors are always available and open to listening and assisting with whatever issues that arise with the day to day operations that come with working at Community Residences. Very friendly work environment. Communication is big with the organization which is a huge plus.

Cons

The only con I can really mention is the pay, but, the more education gathered then the more the increase is.
