Pros

Overall I had a very positive experience with Community Residences. Our department was very diverse and had a solid group of workers who all got along. -Being able to travel in the Northern Virginia area. -Being on your own schedule and those of the Clients. -Easy to follow documentation system (Credible) -IT department was very good. -Clients were the best part of the job.

Cons

-Had some difficulties with HR. -Had a few co-workers who had more difficult case loads. -Low Pay

helping others, getting to work in human services

Cons

When management changed the organization went down hill very quickly. They were suspicious of staff and stole recognition that their staff had earned. They played mind games with staff to boost their own ego.
