      Pros

      Member commitment! Absolutely every person who works for CSAA/AAA is there because they are laser-focused on putting Members First.

      Cons

      Unfortuantely, I must agree with a majority of the raters--management was an issue. That said, the same thing is said of just about every organization and that would be correct. At the end of the day, leadership must address issues and flip dilemmas where staff cannot. During the time that I was there, the dilemma was (and apparently continues to be) the cycle of hiring & layoffs.

      Pros

      Good place to retire while working - low expectations by leaders (compared to real performance in the industry) make this an undemanding workplace.

      Cons

      Old, tired and visionless leadership creates an unchallenging work environment. No one is accountable for failures so it is frustrating that constant poor performers are all around.

      It was nice helping callers, handling a lot of complaints but they were resolved, hourly wage, still a good product

      Cons

      Made more per hour, less per paycheck, management was there to monitor employees as if we were criminals in a sting operation. Pointless meetings and at a certain point they stopped cleaning the bathrooms
