Pros

They are lenient when it comes to breaks. HR was good about helping me with any of my back pain or accommodating me with any issues I was having with my back. They had good diversity of people working for them and I was able to learn a lot from the people around me.

Cons

Terrible HR, Management, and pay structure. Everyone will take your stuff off your desk, and it takes the management a long time to get you what you need to continue working. Supervisors do not care about your raises when you do reach your goal or any other problem you bring to them.
