Pros

Lots to learn and practice. They try to do the best they can with training and adjustment period. Pay is on par with the work load the benefits not so much. Great coworkers and immediate supervisor always there to help.

Cons

Phones and personal belongings are not allowed inside facility. You might be asked to help out other departments as needed and work weekends and overtime. No room for growth.

If you're the type of person who wants a lot of hours this place is for you but you must work hard. Fairly diverse. Good bonuses.

Cons

Too many hours, random mandatory overtime, not-so-stellar management, parking can be hard to find if you're not early.
