Pros

The supervisor and manager are very easy to work with and really want to help when they are needed. They look out for the employees. Mostly everyone is friendly.

Cons

There’s no chance of moving up or getting an actual raise. The maximum pay for the position is not sustainable in the long run. As soon as people find out they are already being paid the maximum pay, they want to leave. Major turn- around rate.

Cons

Morale is low, Expectations are too high ,not given a fair scale to judge employee work performance, Depressing work environment, Low pay scale, Not allowed to attend school and work. Team leaders have no leadership skills .

Thank you so much for your feedback. The increased focus on meeting our customer's demands will steadily increase, but there are new incentives in place to compensate our associates per unit. We are currently reviewing various plans regarding compensation, training, and benefits and making appropriate adjustments , additions, and changes to meet the need of our associates. Pros

The people are nice and the salary was good.

Cons

Zero training zero time spent with new hires. The onboarding process is extremely poor no communication. Departments work against each other, no plan of action from management.
