Pros

Good co. Beginning there were fair growth opportunities. 13th Month Salary (which is bonus) for only permanent employees.

Cons

- Have to sick up if you want to grow - Training, only certain people are allowed but when advertise, its for all employees. - No or little salary increment. - Training scheduled 3 weeks ahead, can be cancelled just 2 days before the training. - When you are hired, you will be put under contract, it can be for 1 year than depending on your luck, they may make you permanent, otherwise they would renew for another 6 months or so or they might not renew depending on performance and staff quota.
