Flexible hours if your current contract and manager approve. Freedom to determine where you would like to be technically deep and bone up on your skills in that area.
Cons
Zero focus on career development. Upper management is gutting every conceivable perk with regards to benefits. Management has a new method / management focus every couple of years and they all involve passing more costs onto employees. Small raises and no bonuses unless you are in sales.
