      Good place to work.Working in CSC since last 9 yrs

      Pros

      Your role and working model may vary by project to project but for me CSC is always good place to work. Good ownership, working environment is good, Training system is good.

      Cons

      HR model is not upto the mark. Not easy to connect with HR. Salary very low as per market for existing staff.

      Pros

      Work life balance, Good pay - No variable pay, Basic salary is high so you get more PF contribution. Managers are good in the account where I worked.

      Cons

      I worked for CSC india and it is some time difficult to understand what top level management does.. lot of top level managers in India are IN and OUT. No clear understanding of their strategy.
