They have a large initiative to move everyone in the US to either Pittsburgh, PA or Coppell, TX. They are also doing the same worldwide, moving to what is called a Pod structure. If you do not want to move and work onsite, they will hire your replacement and lay you off. If there are no contract restrictions from their clients, they will staff it with people from India as it is cheaper. Benefits are bad and always getting worse. CSC keeps trying to sell the company and in order to make it look more profitable, they keep cutting benefits. 2 bonuses in 10 years even though I always rated in top tier, and tiny ones when you get them. Most years they cancel all bonuses, except for execs of course. They just cancelled them this year.

the colleagues are not having the supportive nature and sometimes shift timings not suitable.
